The Volt has not revealed his identity to anyone yet, and always appears in his signature Blue-and-White suit.
Background
Claims to have been born in Emerald City and educated at Emerald City University - graduating with a BS (and then MS) in Physics with Specialization in Materials Physics.
Was working on the day of the Silver Storm and although the Storm didn't hit his location directly, it affected the waterline - causing him to develop electicity-based powers.

Motivation: Doing Good
The Volt has said little which could even remotely indicate anything about his true identity, but has stated that he believes that everyone should be able to live free and he cannot stand by and let others commit acts that would harm innocents.
Secret Identity
The Volt has not shared his secret identity with any of the Sentinels yet. He and White Witch are the only two Sentinels that absolutely no other Sentinel has a clue regarding their true identity. Wyrmhole and Mongrel have a standing wager that Sophie Anderson could find out (Wyrmhole's wager is that she already knows) but so far Sophie Anderson claims not to know, and respects The Volt's desire for privacy.

Combat Style
Although he is in fair physical shape to non-metahuman standards, The Volt lacks the physique and combat skills to hold his own against even a low-PL metahuman or trained combatant. However his electrical powers made him one of the most damage-resistant Sentinels, and his electrical attacks have raw power. Although as one of the newest members of the Sentinels he hasn't seen any combat or training room simulations yet, it is expected that he will rely on absorbing hits whilst dealing strong ranged damage to support his team-mates.
Social Style
The Volt has not been a member of the Sentinels long enough for a profile on how to best interact with him to be generated. Initial perceptions indicate that he is quite friendly and helpful and responds well to similar attitudes. It is expected that he will gain the trust and allow into his confidence those who prove loyalty and trustworthiness to him and the team.
