You can then simply remove any lines not needed (e.g. unrequired categories) or replace text as appropriate. If you want to change the colour of text just put <span style="color:red"> before the text to colour and </span> when you want to stop applying the colour.
Note: Headers will be wrapped around images that are floated to the RIGHT, but LEFT-floated images will cause the headers to be pushed down to after the image. Use this as a section breaker if need be.
