Background
Annalynn (Lynn to her friends) is the youngest of four sisters. A fairly otherwise-normal teen, she was always ambitious and driven, earning straight As and participating in many extra-curriculars. She led the AV club, volunteered at a nursing home, served on the student government board, did karate and gymnastics for a while, and participated in her school's dance team. Whilst she did enjoy (most of) these things, they were principally means to help her get into College, which she did. Even her major in Corporate Communications, with minors in Information Sciences & Technology and Psychology, and all her chosen modules and electicves were intended to set herself up the best she could for eventual success in a career in corporate management. She didn't actually know what that career would be, to be honest, but as she would say ""I was born to lead"". She was so busy and driven that the thought never actually occurred to her that she had no real life; no real time to enjoy her youth and interests.
At PennState, she joined the Beta Eta chapter of the Phi Sigma Sigma sorority. And everything changed. Like everything, she initially joined because sorority membership was good for careers but, instead, she found the cameraderie and sorority life made her take a step back, re-evaluate, and actually enjoy her life. She began to embrace her own individuality and being part of a community beyond simply directing or cooperating with them. Of course, her natural ambition and leadership instincts could never be quelled and, soon after joining the sorority, she became the Scribune. The following year she moved into the sorority house, and became the Sisterhood Development Chair (or ""mom"") of the chapter soon after. The next year, she was recommended to and became a member of both the Gamma Sigma Alpha and Rho Lambda Honor Societies, which propelled her to become the vice-Archon of her sorority. The year after she became the chapter's Archon, directly dealing with the national organization and Executive Board, and with the Campus advisors and officials. All too soon, it was all over, and work life beckoned.
During her college years, her best friend was from California, and she spent a summer there with her family. She became so enamoured with the state that, after graduation, she took an internship at the Bodegas De La Vega in Ashford, even though it was all the way on the other side of America. Little did she know that the internship was a ruse. The company was owned by a Ventrue elder who had recently become both his clan's Primogen and the Praetor of the Board, and his clan had suffered heavily in the Sabbat Crusade the year prior, losing both almost their entire leadership as well as many promising young Ventgrue. Next to the Tremere, the Ventrue were hit the hardest of all the clans. Knowing it would take time for the Ventrue to rebuilt trust and reputation amongst the other clans, especially in the more-Anarch-dominated new political environment, the Praetor knew that the Ventrue needed new blood and new ways. The internship was a way of attracting ambitious and competent young mortals as potential ghouls or Embrace candidates. She didn't understand that the special wine she drank was her boss' blood, or even had any understanding of what she had become was. She just knew she wanted to do anything her boss wanted, and that the competition with the other interns was fierce. But Annalynn proved herself, all the while believing the reward would be employment at the management level by the boss she had powerful feelings for, and instead found herself ""rewarded"" with the Embrace.
Annalynn almost dropped off the face of the Earth for a while. Her Agoge required her to live with her sire and learn from him the clan's history, the ways of the Kindred and the Camarilla, the Latin language, and much much more. She took to this like she had any other academic/career endeavour in her life - tackling it with ambition and a desire to get ahead - and learnt in months what other Ventrue neonates typicall take years to. When she made 'the Choice', she was surprised (and mildly upset at first) to learn her favoured vitae was that of Greek Life members - perhaps a subconcious nostalgia for the best years of her life? Embraced young, it was not difficult to get close to her chosen prey but it was regularly harder to get to where they actually were. So Annalynn used her connections as an alumni of the Phi Sigma Sigma national organization (as well as the evidence of ability proven by her membership in two honor societies) to become a volunteer Chapter Advisor. This made it easy for her to be able to move around on campus and get close to her prey. When the time came for her to take 'the Test' and take her own domain, she managed to negotiate a deal with the Prince (who owned the university) to allow her to reside on-campus by becoming the 'House Mom' (formally: Sorority House Director) for the local Epsilon Epsilon chapter of the Phi Sigma Sigma sorority. From there she quickly built a herd and networked outwards, soon having many allies and contacts over all the Fraternity and Sorority houses, and their chapter advisors, which she can use to learn about student activities and feelings, and influence their activities and development for both their own good, and the interests of Ashford's kindred.
Mortal Society
Annalynn has been kindred only a few years, and this is to her benefit - she hasn't yet become old enough (and in the public eye long enough) for her lack of aging to become a potential Masquerade issue. She has been a member of the Phi Sigma Sigma sorority since her mortal days, where she served in various positions before becoming the Archon of the Beta Eta chapter during her third year of college. She loved the sorority and her college days, considering them the best years of her life and remained in touch with Phi Sigma Sigma alumni after her gruaduation.
Since she discovered her vitae preference for Greek Life members, Annalynn has needed to find a way/reason to keep around them without alerting suspicion - the fact she was embraced shortly after graduation and looks their age helps, but campus security is actually pretty decent. So she became a Chapter Advisor, a voluntary unpaid position with Phi Sigma Sigma Inc.This means she coordinates between the local Epsilon Epsilon chapter and the greater Phi Sigma Sigma national organization. Through this, she is able to not only build a sizeable herd and hunt easier, but is also positioned to influence the development and education of students in ways that interest the kindred - such as keeping an eye out for students with potential to serve as ghouls for Ventrue or Toreadors, or perhaps be embrace candidates. The closeness to the students also gave her an edge in knowing the students and affecting Masquerade-related incidents better than the other kindred who are Professors at the university. Her success in this regards has led to her being accepted into ""The Honor Society"" coterie and being employed by Phi Sigma Sigma Inc as a House Director. In doing so, she passed ""the Test"" and was recommended to the Board, officially releasing her from her sire's control and ending the Agoge.
She now lives in the Epsilon Epsilon chapter house as the Sorority Mom, which is legally owned by California State University Ashford, making Annalynn technically a CSUA employee. She is responsible for the house staff and operations, including regularly contracted cleaners, kitchen staff, a handyman, and others as required; though her main responsibility is the well-being of the girls who live at the house - all 40 of them.
The Epsilon Epsilon chapter house is situated on Student Way (aka ""Greek Row""), which situates the University's 6 residence Halls that, since the construction of the new east-side main residence hall, have been repurposed to serve as the chapter houses of three of CSUA's 4 fraternities (Omega Delta Phi does not have a local chapter or house) and 3 sororities. There are also two Honor societies, which gain their memberships from the other fraternities and sororities and so do not have a chapter house of their own, typically using the Student Union or Doré Theatre for meetings and events..

Other Notes
Olivia Reyes
Olivia is an attractive Filipina-American student doing a BA major in Music, with a minor in Theatre (both with Education emphasis) at CSUA. Picked by Annalynn, she was ghouled and guided into becoming the current Archon (president) of the Epsilon Epsilon chapter of the Phi Sigma Sigma sorority. This control allows Annalynn to run the chapter while having Olivia - who is ignorant of Annalynn's true nature - cover Annalynn's unavailability during the daytime. Olivia is confused as she never thought herself gay, but has undeniable strong feelings for Annalynn. She does not know if they are simply friends with benefits or lovers, but gets jealous and hurt if she feels Annalynn is sleeping with other people. She does not understand her feelings are the result of the blood bond, and that Annalynn's sexual activities are simply her hunting prey. Annalynn cares for her to a degree (or perhaps is protective of her property?) and tries not to overly hurt her, and be nice to her, giving her more freedom than most kindred would their ghouls, but does not want to get too close or develop real feelings for her. But this is something that she finds hard as she has not been undead long enough to have completely moved past her human instincts and feelings.
Feeding Restriction Greek Life Members
The Ventrue have rarified tastes, and they find only one specific type of mortal blood palatable and vital for them. Blood of other types (even animals) simply offers the vampire no sustenance, no matter how much he consumes — she simply vomits it back up.
Perhaps because membership in a Greek sorority was one of the best periods of her life, Annalynn can only drink the blood of members of Greek-letter organizations (GLOs). This includes members of Greek-Letter fraternities, sororities, and honour societies - and as Greek Life membership is considered for life, includes both current members (ie students) as well as alumni - though they must be active (ie paying) members of either a local chapter, or alumni of a national organisation.
Combat Style
Annalynn abhors combat. Whilst she had a fairly active youth, participated in high school gymnastics, was on her school's dance team and even took some karate classes for a while (mostly because she thought it would help with her College application), she was just a normal teenager and the most trouble she had was one single girl fight (long story - boys and dating problems). But her sire has encouraged her to have to learn how to defend herself, telling her of the events of the recent Sabbat Crusade, as well as Lupines and other threats.
For this reason she has purchased her 9mm pink "Hello Kitty" themed pistol. Small enough to be easily taken in a purse, pocket, or stocking/bra holster (depending on what clothing she is wearing) and legal for concealed carry in California. She has been made acutely aware that it won't stop a raging Lupine or frenzied Gangrel, but it's better than nothing - especially against mortal threats such as would-be rapists or muggers. Her sire is making her undergo martial arts and firearms training, but there's already so many things on the list of what she has to learn to become a respectable Board member above her current Eiren status, that she considers self-defence training to be a low priority. In combat she is most likely to rely on keeping her distance and using her pistol (taking advantage of its in-built laser scope), and fleeing from threats above her ability to take on.
