And of course, the Harpies who frequent Elysium (of which she is the Keeper) still track all debts - official or otherwise - and a kindred who does not repay ''favours given but not owed'' find the Harpies very quick to spread the juicy details of that kindred's untrustworthiness, ingratitude, and inability to manage without the aid of their betters, to the rest of kindred society.
