	These are her core beliefs, and just about the only thing anyone can be sure she genuinely cares about - to at least some degree. Followers of the Path call themselves ''Sentinels'' and this is a role they, and Kisa, take seriously. They monitor - the enemy, their allies, even themselves. Constantly on watch for signs of danger, of the clan's enemies who aims and actions advance the aims of the Antediluvians and Gehenna, enemies such as the Assamite Web of Knives, the Followers of Set and the Baali. But many have taken her loyalty to the clan as meaning she protects them from any harm - and found her seemingly stabbing them in the back. She causes the actions that resulted in then-Whip [[Valerie Leigh (WoD)\|Valerie Leigh] losing her position as Whip - because she felt that she was a weak Whip and, by extension, that made the clan weaker. She will cite that Clarissa Jade who followed her was an excellent Whip, and would not have been so had Valerie not returned. The fact that Valerie returned from her Prodigal status and redeemed herself, proving to have become a loyal and effective clanmate during her exile, she adds is further proof that her actions were correct. Would Valerie have become so resilient and capable if she were still in Ashford being coddled by the shadow of her prestigious sire?
